Standard three days OENOSKI, Wine&Ski Tours are offering three evenings dedicated to wine tastings of carefully selected bottles, including an unforgettable winery visit at one of top DOC Friuli Isonzo winemakers, TENUTA VILLANOVA.

At the time of winery visit a professional wine tasting (5 wines + 1 grappa + 1 distillato + local delicacies), we will have opportunity to visit not only vineyards, wine cellars, stages of production, patterns and systems of ageing, but as well a World War I bunker.

As far as the wines for the two tastings in the mountain resort are concerned, they will be rare wines from the Colli Orientali del Friuli Appellation (COF). Malvasia, Picolit, Pignolo, Refosco dal Penducolo Rosso, Refosco Nostrano, Ribolla Gialla, Schioppettino, Tazzelenghe, Tocai Friulano and Verduzzo Friulano are the native vine species cultivated in the COF region. These wines can boast of over 2 000 years of documented history, since the Romans established the first colony in the region of Aquileia. The COF production regulations feature the greatest number of native vine species in Italy today.
